      At the January 2012 planning meeting, the Foundation Board of Directors approved the following application guidelines.   The Foundation will continue to consider requests on an invitation only basis for 2012 with the primary focus on those organizations that received a grant in 2011. Included in this category are all Lifelong Learning investments and any Arts & Culture investments to nonprofits with budgets greater than $300,000.
